Posted by The “Kali Yuga cycle” ends in 2025 or thereabouts. No one is sure of the exact dates, although the 12,000-year “Yuga Cycle” set out in the Vedas and the Mahabharata seems to generally be accepted as specifying the most precise cycle dates. Each cycle lasts around 3,000 years, and Earth is now reaching the end of the descending cycle.
The Cycle of World Ages promoted by some ancient cultures such as the Hindus and Zoroastrians suggests we gradually descend from a state of spiritual perfection and material abundance to one of ignorance and scarcity.
We are now (they say) reaching the end of the ‘age of darkness’ (the Kali Yuga) when moral virtue and mental capabilities reach their lowest point in the cycle, (the cycles in descending order being the Satya Yuga, Treta Yuga, Dwapara Yuga and then Kali Yuga).
The ‘low point’ is 2025, after which awareness and consciousness start ascending again. The low point is marked by a massive natural calamity, which is due about now, such as pole shift, flood, solar flare or whatever.
The Mahabharata describes the Kali Yuga as the period when the colour of the “world soul” is black, men turn to wickedness, and disease, lethargy, anger, scarcity and natural calamities dominate.
In line with predictions related to the end of the Kali Yuga, those at the top of the pyramid of power and control on Earth are now routinely carrying out astonishingly evil, dark actions. The actions are so corrupt, and so blatant these days that all one can do is shake one’s head in astonishment.
The tabula rasa of the end of the age of darkness (the Kali Yuga) is coming soon now to cleanse the world.
It is hard living in physicality, in a human body container, at the best of times, but at this end point in the Yuga cycle, it is extremely painful for most spiritually aware humans.
We need to always remember though, as Dr Jim Tucker’s states in his book Return to Life that consciousness is the primary force of existence, and that the physical universe is secondary to it.
With that in mind, it is comforting to remember that in the coming phase, we won’t need physical bodies anymore, unless we actually desire them. We are freer without the bodies. The exit point is near.
