With all the relentless wars that are in progress around the world at the moment, (the primary goals or causes of which are a desire for change of control, theft of resources and dehumanisation), there comes a point in time where we need to stand back and look at what is going on with a higher mind.
The problem is that these days most people view the events of the world “through a glass darkly” -that famous phrase of St Paul that nobody really understands.
His beautiful (but rather deep and complex and therefore not easily understood) words were reproduced at 1 Corinthians 13:
For now we see through the glass darkly; but then face to face; now I know in part but then shall I know even as I am known. And now abideth faith, hope, love, these three, but the greatest of these is love…
What St Paul is saying is that we have lost our connection to the spirit world, the world beyond the material.
We have lost the higher forms of consciousness from higher realms that we were able to connect with in more primitive times, that we used to be able to access, where we could ‘see’ the world more clearly and make better decisions.
We lost our connection to our Higher Self, in fact.
A purposefully intended veil or barrier has been drawn by the controllers of society between the higher spirit world and the material world which has fooled us into thinking that there is nothing beyond this material world. We have stopped listening to our instinct, our intuition.
Now we just see the world ‘through a glass darkly’.
St Paul talked of three aspects of the human personality: faith, hope and love. Many people mock these words and features of humanity now.
Faith: We need to learn once more how to access those functions which are being programmed out of us, our in-built intuition and instinct, our imagination.
This was what St Paul called “faith”, our facility that perceives the spiritual world beyond the physical as real, to believe in the unseen forces that assist us to step beyond our personal preoccupations.
We need to rediscover the existence of the spirit forms that are around us all the time, both good and evil, which affect the choices and decisions we make. It is hard for most people to understand, but these influences, forces, entities, are real even though we can’t any longer see them in physicality.
Hope: St Paul then referenced “hope”: if we could appreciate the existence of this cosmic, spiritual world, this would assist us to make this physical world a better place to exist in.
Love: And finally “love”: understanding that our fellow humans are valuable, creative beings and that today’s trend to dehumanise, to devalue, to marginalise, is the wrong direction of travel. This senseless killing, stealing, thoughtless conduct.
When we begin to see beyond ‘the glass darkly’, we will see that we have been asleep all the time, when we believed that we were awake.
The founding fathers of the secret societies and schools of learning were primarily concerned to develop higher forms of consciousness in humans, a process whereby secretly held information could be released more widely when humanity had developed sufficiently and was ready. Sadly, these original aims were undermined by a group who chose to use these societies to maliciously control the world.
The reality is that initiates of these original societies actually knew the true state of the world hidden from the masses. Initiates long ago, such as Dante, when he wrote the Commedia, were telling the world that bad conduct is in fact constructing a Hell whereby demons from another dimension can torment us.
Dante indicated that if we think that the material world and its pleasures and successes is all that there is, and don’t aspire to move up the spiral of the heavenly hierarchies, then we are already in Hell.
One of the founding fathers of today’s secret societies, Francis Bacon, said back in the seventeenth century:
It is no less true in this human kingdom of knowledge, than in God’s kingdom of heaven that no man shall enter into it “except he become first as a little child”.
This meant purifying our mind, as we were when we entered this human world.
Purge our minds of the desire for bad conduct that we see everywhere today, and the gates of heaven will open, just as it would for all children on arrival here. Alternatively, carry on the way we are and enjoy Hell on Earth.
